What I particularly enjoyed was the slide showing the various pain points of project framework “change” for organizations. I thought I’d related to all the issues (money invested, training already given in waterfall, etc) until I saw the list and realized there were far more that I could relate to and consider practically.
Brilliant start and I look forward to watching the rest of the series.
