Tip #1: Visit the My Learning tab often to check your completion progress for each video, course and quiz. If you pause a video and step away, you can revisit this tab and click Resume Watching to pick up where you left off.

Tip #2: Be sure to check out the additional materials. In the Course Library, click on a course title to see all the included videos. Many of the courses will also have a Materials icon that links to a list of the resources for that course.

Downloading certificates of completion is Tip #3. You can download certificates from the My Learning tab, or on the course page, after every completed course and quiz.

Tip #4: We have a dedicated team to help you with any questions or concerns. Simply click on the blue “Help” button in the lower right corner of your screen to submit a ticket.
