Introduction to Kanban

In this video, we introduce the concept of Kanban as a framework to design, manage and improve your flow of work. We discuss real world examples of Kanban, the benefits of Kanban, what types of teams might be a good fit for Kanban and introduce the 7 principles of Kanban, each of which will be discussed in more depth in subsequent videos.
